Electronic Signature Sheet Instructions
 

1.   Download the three electronic signature pages by clicking HERE. You can read each of the three entire petitions HERE.
2.   Print the electronic signature pages SINGLE-SIDED on at least 20 pound, 8 ½” x 11” uncoated white paper. You do not need to print the petition text.
3.   Review each of the three petitions and the signature pages carefully.
4.   Sign, date, and print full legal name/residence legibly on each of the three petitions.
5.   Mail all three signed petitions in one envelope to:
